- Omnyfy Platforms are built with security in mind and adhering to the Secure-by-Design Principle. Security, Compliance and Privacy requirements are identified as Precursor rather than as after-thought and deeply integrated into our business processes, systems, and services.
- Omnyfy believes in Defense-in-Depth Principle and ensures the implementation of robust layers of Security controls encompassing People, Process and Technology across all our critical infrastructure assets.
Compliance Programs & Certifications
Omnyfy complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We are a level 3 service provider and outsource our credit card processing functions to PCI DSS compliant level 1 Service Provider. Omnyfy is compliant with the PCI DSS v3.2.1 SAQ A.
We respect Individual Privacy Rights and are dedicated to ensuring that all customer, employee, and partners personal data is treated in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Australian Privacy Act 1988 and other respective country specific privacy requirements.
In the coming year, Omnyfy has set the goal of becoming ISO 27001 ISMS (Information Security Management System) compliant and achieving formal certification by improving and aligning our security processes and practices with the ISO 27001:2013 standard requirements.
